We will send out one of our service pros to evaluate what all repairs are needed, if any, and how to proceed with getting your system functional. We always do our best to try and revive the unit or salvage whatever is possible. Our main priority is to get you back up and running. Sometimes, based on the age of the unit, it may be better to think about upgrading to a newer system. In any case, most of the time, a system can be repaired, but at some point, the value of a new warranty will outweigh the cost of repairing the old one.
